With sourdough & butter, lettuce & a Bloody Mary cocktail sauce.

Oak Smoked Chicken Liver Parfait.
With Fig, cranberry & date chutney & toasted sourdough.

Sauteed Creamy Garlic Mushrooms V.
Served on bubble & squeak with a garlic cream sauce, Italian hard cheese & chopped chives.

Caramelised Winter Veg Soup V.
With a hint of maple flavour syrup & a swirl of cream, served with bloomer & butter.

MAINS

Hand-Carved Roast Turkey.
With goose fat roast potatoes, sausage meat stuffing, pig in blanket, Yorkshire pudding, honey roast carrots, glazed seasonal veg & gravy.

Festive Burger.
Hand pressed beef burger, sausage meat patty, Croxton Manor Brie & smoked streaky bacon in a brioche bun. Served with skin-on fries, cranberry BBQ sauce, sprout slaw & onion rings.

Beef Bourguignon £1 supplement.
7 hour slow-cooked boneless rib in a baby onion, bacon & red wine sauce. With creamy mash, cabbage & roasted red onion, topped with crispy shallot rings.

Beetroot Wellington VE.
Roasted Beetroot & butternut squash with cranberry sauce in a puff pastry, served with roast baby potatoes, seasonal veg & vegan gravy.

Festive Nut Roast VN.
Butternut squash, cashew & walnut roast topped with Croxton Manor Brie & cranberry sauce. Served with roast baby potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, honey- roast carrots, glazes seasonal veg & gravy.
